KRIS & JORDAN

All over the United States animals are left to die in shelters. There are groups of compassionate animal lovers working hard to save these animals and find them proper homes, however, sometimes these people have trouble successfully sharing what they do with the world. Our goal at Jordan’s Way is to amplify the great work of shelters around the country.

I’m Kris Rotonda, the founder of Jordan’s Way, LLC. This organization was born after I lost my best friend, Jordan, a shelter dog who spent the first 3.5 years of her life overlooked in a shelter. We shared 11 wonderful years together until she succumbed to heart cancer.

To honor her memory, I made it my mission to create Jordan’s Way, an organization dedicated to raising money and awareness for hard-to-adopt shelter animals and the amazing groups that support them. In January 2021, I embarked on a 50-state tour, visiting animal shelters and rescues across the country to host 3-hour LIVE Facebook fundraisers. These events not only raised awareness and donations but also brought fun and excitement, leading to the adoption of thousands of difficult-to-place dogs and cats who had been in shelters for far too long. Our ultimate goal is to ensure the unnoticed are noticed. 

In just over 4.5 years, we've raised over $14 million for shelters and rescues across the country, one fundraiser at a time, and we are far from finished.

DEANNA PEREZ

Business Manager

Deanna has spent her entire life in Northern California. Much of her professional journey has been dedicated to Marketing and Advertising Sales and Management for her local hometown publication. In early 2022, she joined the Jordan’s Way team after attending a local event at her humane society. Captivated by the enthusiasm and the incredible work Kris was doing, she knew she wanted to contribute. Her journey began the moment she asked how she could help. If you are interested in being part of the Jordan’s Way tour, you will likely speak directly with Deanna. She enjoys connecting with shelters and rescues joining the tour and values the relationships built over the years.

Sharon Silver resides in Tampa, Florida and is the owner of Graphical Solutions, LLC. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising Production. Sharon has been a graphic designer for more than 34 years and has worked in various industries, including print and advertising agencies. Her experience includes financial, law, healthcare, retail, real estate, and MLM industries in the print and web arena.
