We had a BLAST at our first shelter of the tour today! Jeanette Hunt Blair Animal Shelter you guys were awesome. We started the morning out strong with $3,000 in donations in our first half hour, so we made it rain treats for the dogs right off the bat. What a fun, supportive community! Huge thanks to Enterprise Media Group, Blair Animal Clinic and GRT obedience training for stopping by to show their support.
Even the local Sheriff came by to give our friend Kyle a hose down for a good cause! GRT Obedience Training has agreed to donate 2 free training sessions to the next 2 dogs adopted from the shelter.

Your donation can help dogs like Captain, who has been a shelter resident for 6 long months to receive the care he needs until he finds his forever home! If you missed it earlier, Captain participated in one of our favorite challenges called Puppy Love, by licking a puppachino from shelter employee Jordan’s face!
To raise additional funds, we also hosted the ever so hilarious tortilla slap challenge but sadly this time, no one spit out the water they had to hold in their mouths! Maybe next time.
Rounding out a fun morning filled with treat confetti, weiner mania, puppachinos galore, ice bucket challenges and the tortilla slap challenge, the dogs were treated to burger mania, where they each got a delicious burger. Thank you Jeanette Hunt Blair Animal Shelter for a great morning! We also cannot thank our donors enough because without all of you, we couldn’t do what we do to raise the crucial funding these shelters need to thrive.
